ECHOCARDIOGRAM: $135 - report at show.

WHEN:
Echocardiograms: Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Holters: Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Note: Time may vary depending on number of reservations. Send in your reservation early to be sure of a time slot.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
All Appointments MUST be prepaid
Registration form & OFA form (additional fee for optional OFA submission) may be downloaded from the UF website.
Make check payable for all fees to:
